These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pak88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pak88 platform located at pak88.bio, including all associated games, betting markets, features, content, and services (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

pak88 will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication claiming to be from pak88 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication where available to protect your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pak88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pak88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on the pak88 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

Funds deposited in your pak88 account may not earn interest. pak88 holds player funds in designated accounts separated from operational funds, in accordance with our licensing obligations.

pak88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. These Terms provide the overarching framework that applies to all pak88 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports betting. The specific contribution rates for each game category are listed in the promotion terms.

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless stated otherwise.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pak88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including cases of obvious pricing mistakes.

Casino Games: All casino games on the pak88 platform, including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and NetEnt, as well as live dealer games, operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live stream technology provided by licensed third-party suppliers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated within the game information panel.

Live Betting: In-play bets placed on live sports markets are accepted subject to network latency and the discretion of pak88 to suspend markets at any time during an event. pak88 shall not be liable for bets that were not accepted due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes on which bets have been placed.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or live casino environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, responsible gaming controls, or self-exclusion restrictions.

Any unauthorised use of pak88 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may be subject to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pak88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any service offered therein.

pak88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pak88 makes every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

pak88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pak88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are subsequently determined to be legitimately held by you and not the product of prohibited conduct, they will be returned to your verified payment method.

You may close your own pak88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

pak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pak88 may notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the pak88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak88 holds its international gaming license.
